downward side of the market trend.
Asking market rents for Class A offices have
averaged RUB 25,500 per square meter per
year, a 20% decrease compared to the same
period last year while Class B+ offices have
demanded RUB 16,000 per square meter per
year accounting for a 15% annual decrease.
