The Federal Grid Company (PJSC FGC UES) leased the Novion business center, owned by the Safmar group and located opposite the Olimpiysky sports complex on street Samara, 1.
The Federal Grid Company leased the business center almost completely, removing 16 thousand square meters with a total rental area of 19.6 thousand square meters.
The press service of FGC UES said that they are planning to transfer the office in the spring of 2019, without specifying the new address. A spokesman for Safmar said that "he cannot yet confirm the fact of the transaction."
The rent in the business center amounts to 28-30 thousand rubles per square meter per year, and the five-year contract will cost the energy industry 2.2-2.4 billion rubles, ILM managing partner Andrei Lukashev estimates.
