Average base rental rates as of the end of Q2 2016

As the ruble strengthend against the dollar in the month of June the asking rental rates in Class А buildings denominated in USD have also risen. This increase has also been triggered bу the change in the demand structure which historically was bу far greater for Class В office space. The demand for Class А offices began to catch up as availabllity of Class В offices was getting lower. Therefore, Class А rental rates as of Q2 2016 have returned to the levels of those quoted in early 2016.
