In the first two months of the year, one building was put into operation: the second building body of the RTS business center at Sredny Kalitnikovskaya street, 26/27, p. 1, kor. 2 (office area 4,813 sq. M.). The volume of input in the current year may be lower than in the previous one: according to our expectations, about 550-600 thousand square meters will be introduced to the market. Due to the limited availability of financing and the reduction of demand for new additional premises, the completion of construction on many objects is postponed to later periods or suspended. All this may lead to a decrease in the growth rate of new areas in the next 3 years, when input volumes may become minimal.
