The decrease of the new supply has finally
had a dramatic impact on the vacancy rates
calibrating the balance between suppy and
demand. The net absorption in 2016 has
outpaced the new suppy by 15% resulting in
lower vacancy rates, down by 1.1 points on
average compared to 2015.
