the vacancy rate decreased, by 0.9
percentage points, and amounted to 14.8%
on average in the market. The decrease in
the volume of new construction continues
to influence the gradual restoration of the
balance of supply and demand. The largest
decrease in the indicator was recorded in
class B + objects. Due to the increase in
net absorption, the share of free premises
here decreased by 1.5 percentage points.
